Getting Started

Where do the signals come from?

DigixBot aggregates signals from 50+ premium sources including professional trading groups, institutional analysis channels, and verified signal providers. We continuously evaluate and add new high-quality sources to our network.

How does the AI analysis work?

Each signal is analyzed in parallel by multiple AI providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) to validate it, extract key trading parameters (entry, targets, stop-loss), assess risk level and calculate a confidence score. You choose the consensus mode (single, any, majority or all) that must be met before a signal is traded.

Which exchanges are supported?

Currently, we support Binance (Spot and Futures). We are working on adding support for Bybit, OKX, and other major exchanges in upcoming releases.

How many signals do you process daily?

We process 50-200+ signals daily from our premium sources. After AI filtering, typically 10-30 high-quality actionable signals are delivered to users. Quality over quantity - we focus on signals with strong confidence scores.

Is there a mobile app?

Currently, DigixBot is a web-based platform optimized for all devices including mobile browsers. You can add it to your home screen for app-like experience. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap for future development.

What are the Invest Stock and Invest Crypto modules?

Invest Stock is a fundamentals screener for Borsa Istanbul and US stocks (P/E, P/B, ROE, dividend yield, market-cap Top-N, multi-year price bands, quarterly financials) with portfolio, order and alert tracking. Invest Crypto is a long-only accumulation portfolio over the top-1000 crypto universe with AccumScore ranking, ATH-dip entries, DCA and automatic rebalancing. Both are fully separate from the signal-trading pipeline.

Security

How do I connect my Binance account?

Go to Settings > Exchange Connections in your dashboard. Create an API key on Binance with "Enable Spot & Margin Trading" permission (never enable withdrawals). Enter your API Key and Secret Key, then click Save. We recommend using the testnet first to familiarize yourself with the system.

How are my API keys protected?

Your API keys are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage. We never request withdrawal permissions. Keys are only decrypted server-side during trade execution and are never exposed in logs or to third parties.

How do I enable Telegram notifications?

Go to Settings > Notifications and enter your Telegram Chat ID. To get your Chat ID, start a conversation with @DigixBot_NotifyBot on Telegram and send /start. The bot will reply with your Chat ID. Copy and paste it into the settings.

What does "pending_analysis" status mean?

Pending_analysis means the signal has been received and is queued for AI analysis. This typically takes 2-5 seconds. Once analyzed, the status changes to "analyzed" (valid signal) or "rejected" (not a trading signal). Only analyzed signals appear on your dashboard.

What does the Tech Analysis tool do?

It shows multi-timeframe synced charts with automatic detection of chart patterns (head & shoulders, double tops, triangles, wedges, harmonics), candlestick patterns, divergences, Fibonacci levels, market structure (BOS/CHoCH) and SMC concepts (order blocks, FVG, liquidity sweeps). A Trade-Idea layer draws entry/SL/TP with R-multiples, and a built-in backtester tests strategies on the chart.

What is AI Analyze?

AI Analyze asks an AI model to read a chart for you: it returns a structured analysis of trend, key levels and trade scenarios for a symbol, can scan several coins for setups, and answers free-form market questions. Daily usage is capped per account.

Trading & Signals

Is auto-trading safe?

Yes. We use read-only API permissions for balance checks and trade-only permissions for execution. Your withdrawal permissions are never required. Additionally, you set your own risk limits including maximum position size, daily loss limits, and more.

What is signal strength and how should I set it?

Signal strength is the AI confidence score (0-100%) indicating how reliable a signal is. Higher values mean more selective filtering. We recommend 70% for beginners, 60% for moderate risk tolerance, and 80%+ for conservative trading. You can adjust this in Settings > Trading Preferences.

How much capital do I need to start?

There is no minimum requirement from DigixBot. However, we recommend at least $100-500 USDT for spot trading to allow proper position sizing. For futures trading, consider starting with $500+ due to leverage risks. Always trade only what you can afford to lose.

What happens if a signal hits stop-loss?

If auto-trading is enabled and a position hits the stop-loss price, DigixBot automatically closes the position to limit your losses. You will receive a notification via email and/or Telegram. All trade history is recorded in your Trades page for review.

Can I manually override or close auto-trades?

Yes. All positions opened by DigixBot can be manually closed anytime through your exchange account or the DigixBot dashboard. You can also pause auto-trading instantly from Settings without affecting existing positions.

Can I use DigixBot for futures/leverage trading?

Yes, DigixBot supports Binance Futures. You can configure leverage settings in Settings > Trading Preferences. We recommend starting with low leverage (2-5x) and setting strict stop-losses. Futures trading carries higher risk - trade responsibly.

What is LeadCopy?

LeadCopy follows selected top Binance lead traders. When a lead opens or closes a position, DigiXBot mirrors it as a signal into your portfolio with your own risk settings, and can follow the lead's exit automatically.

What are Personal Signal Rules?

You describe a strategy in plain English (e.g. "buy when RSI dips below 30 and price is above EMA200"). AI converts it into a structured rule that the engine evaluates on live market data for your chosen coins and timeframe. Triggered rules flow into your auto-trader with your own TP/SL. Every rule can be backtested on historical data and its parameters optimized with a grid search.
